Student cohort
In Autumn 2024, we welcomed 13 new PhD students from diverse backgrounds to begin their hydrogen and Net Zero research journeys with EnerHy. Find out more about their unique research projects and how they support each other to success as a team.
Academic community
EnerHy brings together leading Net Zero and hydrogen research groups with over 60 academics from a broad range of backgrounds including; engineering, science, manufacturing and economics with a strong track record in research across hydrogen technologies, net zero and renewable generation and regulation
Leadership team
The EnerHy leadership team consists of experienced individuals across Loughborough University, Cranfield University and the University of Strathclyde. Between them, they have managed projects worth over £20 million.
Advisory board
The EnerHy advisory board consists of high-level industry, civic and academic representatives and a representative of the EPSRC. The board meets every 3 months to ensure that both the vision and direction of the CDT are on target.
